| News | Kenny Larkin releases new album Posted: 29 Aug 2008 03:01 PM CDT After a bit of delay, the venerable Kenny Larkin of Detroit fame has a new album to be released on September 2nd titled 'Keys, Strings and Tambourines', on Carl Craig's Planet E label. Larkin states that it's his most dancefloor-oriented album yet, and he actually did a bit of globe-trotting to find inspiration: Carl's proper studio environment in Detroit found him hammering away, and while in Australia on tour he found enough head space to create ‘Glob Glob’, one of the singles he is particularly fond of. |
